No Refunds on Custom Items

Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and returned with the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to complete your return.

Important Shipping Note:
We do not handwrite shipping labels. All labels are printed as they are provided to us, so please double and triple check your shipping address before placing an order to ensure accurate delivery.

Stolen or Lost Packages:
We do not issue refunds for stolen packages or items that are not covered by shipping insurance. We understand these situations are out of your control, which is why we strongly recommend opting for order protection during checkout to ensure your items are covered.
